Back in 2013, TechSoft 3D was contemplating acquiring another software company (Tetra4D). Nimble provided due diligence by assessing Tetra4D’s software resources and intellectual property. After the successful acquisition, Nimble helped helped manage operations for roughly a year until the business units were fully integrated with the mother ship. In that year, revenues were up, morale was high, and by all accounts the entire transaction was a resounding success for all parties.
